Today before you say an unkind word- Think of someone who can't speak.
Before you complain about the taste of your food- Think of someone who has nothing to eat...
Before you complain about your husband or wife- Think of someone who's crying out to God for a companion.
Before whining about the distance you drive- Think of someone who walks the same distance with their feet.
And when you are tired and complain about your job- Think of the unemployed, the disabled, and those who wish they had your job...
And when depressing thoughts seem to get you down- Put a smile on your face and think you're alive and still around....
I got this in an email forward...which I normally hate forwards, but I loved what this had to say and I wanted to share it with you! I hope each of you has a beautiful Wednesday.
With love,
Amanda

Hi I found you thru Kyle and Amy - A Southern Love. I might have to steal this post from you! its a great one! have a good day!
this is really great. and i'm loving the fall look :)
I do like your blog, it is fallish and I love fall! =) Thanks bunches for stopping by and contributing the other day--so many fun ideas!!
AND this post is great. When I was a teenager and I would complain my mom would say things like this to me. It is all about perspective. =)
I liked this as well. At my small group on Sunday, someone mentioned about how they keep praying and praying but nothing is happening or changing and she said she finally decided to "Be Still." So I decided to take her advice and--even though I found out I will be laid off from my job in a few months--I feel completely confident that God is watching out for us and He will provide. I love these reminders! I'm glad I ran across your blog
