Hey everyone! Well, it doesn't happen that often...but I messed up dinner this evening! So sad. I haven't done that in a long time, so it is kind of a blow to my pride. haha! So, we had to do some quick thinking cause we were both starving. We ended up deciding on chocolate chip pancakes. Not the healthiest of options, but we were soooo hungry and we couldn't defrost any meat quickly because our microwave bit the dust! lol!!! The pancakes ended up really hitting the spot. You live and learn! Now, I'm off to bed!! xoxo
